        &lt;p&gt;We ship all of our products via USPS (United States Postal Service) because it is the lowest cost option for reliably shipping products internationally. Rates range from $7- $70 depending on what your shipping. Here is a rough break down of the various service options and their approxiamate prices:&lt;/p&gt;
        
        &lt;h4&gt;US Customers:&lt;/h4&gt;

          &lt;li&gt;Express ($70 for controllers) These packages usually arrive in 5-7 days and are shipped via FedEx so the tracking and timing faster.&lt;/li&gt;

        &lt;h3&gt;Return Policy&lt;/h3&gt;

          &lt;li&gt;If anything under $200 breaks we will just send you a new one.&lt;/li&gt;
          &lt;li&gt;If a controller shows up doa or broken, we send a new one out immediately&lt;/li&gt;
          &lt;li&gt;If you break a controller, then you can take it to a local Vestax repair facility in your country or send it to the US for repair.&lt;/li&gt;
          &lt;li&gt;If a controller is defective within 1 year, then you send us your controller and we will send out a new one at the same time.&lt;/li&gt;

        &lt;h3&gt;Do your products have a Warranty?&lt;/h3&gt;
        &lt;p&gt;Absolutely, if there is something wrong with a product our team will do everything we can to get it fixed asap. If its a defect or mistake on our part we will replace or repair the product within 1 year.&lt;/p&gt;
        
        &lt;h3&gt;Can I Pick Up my Order in SF?&lt;/h3&gt;
        &lt;p&gt;Yes! You can, we dont have an official store yet but you can come by our apt/office and pick up gear anytime. We are always excited to meet our customers in person. A store/educational facility is coming soon to San Francisco!&lt;/p&gt;
