A) The VCI-100 is a very reliable controller but is under warranty for 1 year. US based sales will be serviced domestically but International buyers will need to send units to Vestax or Dj TechTools for service. Q) How is it powered? A) Via USB so there is no need for power converters Q) Do you ship worldwide? A) Yes Q) Will I be Charged import taxes in Europe? A) The VCI-100 has no Tariff charges when imported into europe (TARIC code 8471606090). Some countries including Germany and the UK may charge VAT which is %10-%20 of the stated value. Even with VAT, it is still less expensive the import a VCI-100SE than to purchase a regular one in Europe. Dj TechTools is not responsible for any import taxes you may be charged but we can work with you on reducing them. Q) Does it come with Traktor Pro? A) No, it ships with Traktor LE which can be upgrade to PRO for only $119.
